In Eixample Left (Antiga Esquerra), particularly near streets such as Villarroel and Urgell, renovated flats in buildings with lifts typically range from €6,300 to €6,800/m². Close to Francesc Macià, prices can exceed €7,500/m², especially for high-end properties.
In Eixample Right, prices are higher, averaging between €7,800 and €8,500/m², while areas like Sant Antoni offer a very attractive alternative with slightly lower prices and strong demand.
